At Pharma Nord you do not pay shipping costs.
We always deliver orders through our transport agency that delivers the package directly to you. Keep in mind that if you are not at home when the delivery person arrives at your destination, you must meet directly with the transport agency.
Item Returns
You can return any item within 14 days after delivery and get a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our mistake.. If you received a damaged item, faulty or incorrect, we will exchange it at no cost to you. Nevertheless, Please note that if you refuse delivery or return the merchandise unopened, we will charge you the shipping costs.
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Any product that has been opened so that the box has been damaged or the seal has been broken.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, so its sale is impossible.
